We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from C/C/C. Know that you can buy with confidence when shopping with Clandestine Coffee Co.

That’s why we offer a Full 30 Day Hassle free return policy on our machines. Though our distributor charges a 20% restocking fee, Clandestine is willing to bridge the gap so you can get 100% of your money back.  Ship the item back to us in like-new condition during this period with all original pieces and packaging and we will refund your money minus any special promotions.

**Please note: Any damage or if the machine isn’t returned in like-new condition may result in a restocking fee.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order and will be delivered in 1-6 business days after shipment. Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at HQ@clandestinecoffeeco.com.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to HQ@clandestinecoffeeco.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in like-new condition. However, there are some manufacturers that have some exceptions.

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any issues past the return window.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or not returnable once installed. Customer is responsible for return shipping and there may be a charge for original shipping cost. Any damages to products may void the return. Restocking fees will apply if unit is damaged by customer during use or improper shipping.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or has missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Our espresso machines are artisan machines, mostly imported from Europe. Many of our machines are made by hand and may have extremely minor imperfections most of the time unnoticeable to anyone.

If your machine was damaged during shipping, we will arrange for pick-up, repair it, and send it back just like new as this would be covered under the 30 day warranty. However, if you wanted to get a new machine then you would have to pay the shipping cost.

All equipment must be returned in original packaging. Failure to do so may void return eligibility.

In-House Testing

Please note that many of our products are bench tested by the manufacturer or importer PRIOR to leaving the factory to ensure that they are in good working order.

This means that there may be some coffee grinds or water splashes present on or in your respective product.

This does NOT indicate that the product is used. We ship all our machines NEW from the manufacturer or importer that we work with.

On occasion, we may offer refurbished or like-new equipment, but that will be noted specifically on the product page.
